Thank you for your interest in the Conversation Partner Program. It is designed to bring UAlbany students from English-speaking countries and Intensive English Language Program (IELP) students together and provide them the opportunity to practice English, learn about each other’s culture and encourage friendships.
The matching process takes time, depending on the number of applicants. Once a match is made, you will be contacted by email with the name and contact information of your conversation partner. You and your conversation partner should choose a time and location to meet. Choose a central meeting place on the UAlbany campus so that you can easily find each other.
