    Pre-qualification Worksheet for UAS Program Funds

  • The pre-qualification worksheet ensures your proposal is eligible for a Program Funds application. This worksheet asks four to five questions and doesn’t request detailed information.

    Please complete the questions below to determine if your event qualifies under our funding guidelines and timeline. If your event qualifies, you will be provided the link to the full Program Funds Application.

    UAS also has an In-Kind Donations Program that provides limited beverages and raffle prizes to enhance campus events. In-kind donation requests are accepted throughout the year, while supplies last.

  • Is your event connected to a UAlbany department/office or an officially recognized student organization/group?*
  • Sorry, your event does not qualify for funding. Program Funds are only open to UAlbany departments/offices or officially recognized student organizations/groups.

  • Sorry, your event does not qualify for funding. The current round of Program Funds is for events scheduled to be held between June 1, 2026, and May 31, 2027.
