- Equipment will be delivered and picked up by an Outdoor Recreation Manager if your event takes place on a recreational space within their operational hours, which are:
  - Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  - Friday, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  - Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m to 8 p.m.
  Recreational spaces available for delivery are:
  - Liberty Softball Field
  - Tennis Courts
  - Outdoor Basketball Courts
  - Grass Practice Field (next to courts)
  - Dutch Turf
  - State Field
  - Dutch Commons
  - Physical Education Building

- If your event takes place outside of the stated hours, or takes place outside of a recreation space, you will be responsible for picking up the equipment at The Well at Colonial, which is located on Colonial Quad on the Uptown Campus. Please let us know when you plan to pick up and return all equipment so we can ensure a Recreation staff member is available to assist with the equipment rental.
