UAlbany's Mail Services can only deliver mail to students who currently live on campus.
Students who are graduating, moving off campus, withdrawing, taking a leave of absence or otherwise leaving campus permanently or indefinitely should submit a Change of Address Form. Students who are leaving campus for the summer are also encouraged to submit this form.
Once your change of address is processed, any First Class Mail (letters) and Periodical Class Mail will be forwarded to your new address for six months. However, we recommend you notify others of your new address as soon as possible to avoid delays associated with mail forwarding.
The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) will not forward Standard Non-profit Mail, which includes catalogs, newsletters and mail from non-profit organizations. Only USPS can forward mail-items at no additional cost. All other carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx, Amazon, etc.) will require additional postage by recipient.
