The Marching & Spirit Bands are always looking for new performance opportunities! Please complete the below form to request the band for your next event.

A member of our staff will reply to your request as soon as possible, typically within one week. We consider all requests based on the requested day/time, student availability, and community impact. We receive numerous performance requests and cannot guarantee our availability. We accept requests on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We require a minimum of two weeks’ notice for event requests in order to ensure time to determine student availability and logistical considerations.

Our performers are all students. Events are difficult to schedule during exam periods and winter/summer breaks (mid-December - mid-January and May - August).
