This form is used to initiate the process to acquire siganatures for a standard Mutual Confidential Disclosure Agreement (MCDA), which is needed when you want to exchange proprietary or confidential information with someone not affiliated with UAlbany.
Please fill out the required information below to start the process.
- Once submitted, you will receive an email with a link to a fillable MCDA template. No changes to the existing terms will be accepted during this routing process. If the standard MCDA is not acceptale by your external partner, please contact uatto@albany.edu.
- Fill out all requried fields in the MCDA template and sign with your digital signature. Once signed, it will be routed to your external partners for them to fill out their information and sign electranoically.
- At the end, the MCDA will be reviewed by Office of Technology Transfer. Once approved and signed, all three parties will recieve a copy of the signed agreement.
- If any of the parties decline to sign, you will recieve an email notification. Please contact uatto@albany.edu to address any issues preventing the agreement from being signed.
