    Please use this form to report a grade change to have your academic standing updated. This form is not used for requesting a grade change or withdrawing from a course.
  • BEFORE YOU SUBMIT THIS FORM: Look at your MyUAlbany account to see if the grade change has been updated.

    Do not submit this form until you see the updated grade on your MyUAlbany account.
    This form cannot be processed unless your academic record has been updated with the grade change. Our office is not notified when a grade change occurs on a record. 


    Do not report a grade change for Summer or Winter courses. Academic standing is based off of semester grades only.

Please monitor your record and when you see the change, please submit this form. Please contact the Registrar's Office for the status of a grade change. Thank you!
