Educational Opportunities Program (EOP) students, as well as students involved in CSTEP and Project Excel, can apply to become an EOP tutor for one-on-one sessions or study groups, or an EOP Teaching Assistant (TA). Tutors and TAs are paid positions. 

 

Tutors and TAs must have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA and have earned at least a B+ in the course(s) for which you’ll be a tutor or TA. 

 

To apply, you must complete this application form, which includes uploading a letter of recommendation, a résumé and a copy of your degree audit — and then complete an interview with an EOP staff member. If hired, you’ll also be required to fill out an I-9 form.
