Lack of Prerequisites
This form is to be used to request a student be dropped from a class for lack of prerequisites.

The policy regarding undergraduate deregistration for lack of prerequisites is listed in the Undergraduate Bulletin.

Students may be deregistered who lack the prerequisite(s) of the course at any time within the semester/term the class is being taught. Students who have been deregistered after the last day to drop without a "W" will receive a grade of "W" for the class.
