  • Please note: You can print a free enrollment verification certificate from the
    National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) by logging into your MyUAlbany student portal.

    Steps to generate and print an NSC Enrollment Verification Certificate:

    1. Log on to MyUAlbany
    2. Click on the top navigational link “Academics”
    3. Scroll down to the "Important Information" section located in the middle of the page
    4. Follow the directions under "Proof of Enrollment Information (Enrollment Verifications)"

    To request one of the following, please complete the form below:

    • Enrollment Verification on Letterhead with Official University Seal ($10)
    • Third Party Form
    • Test Credit Letter (i.e. AP, IB, etc.)
    • Excess Credit Letter

    Enrollment Verification on Letterhead with Official University Seal ($10): If you select this option you cannot attach a Third Party Form to the request. If you have a form that needs to be completed, please select Third Party Form.
  • Please note: UAlbany students would not qualify for SNAP under the following eligibility criteria:

    • Attend a SUNY/CUNY community college, comprehensive college, or technical college and are enrolled in a career and technical education (CTE) program (UAlbany does not have a CTE program.
    • Attend an Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) and are enrolled in a career and technical education (CTE) program, remedial courses, basic adult education, literacy, or English as a second language (UAlbany does not have any EOC or CTE programs)

    But may qualify under other eligibility requirements if they:

    • Qualify to participate in a work-study program (Work Study award is listed on Financial Aid Award Letter)
    • Have an expected family contribution (EFC) of $0 (EFC is listed on Financial Aid Award Letter)

    To get a printable PDF of your UAlbany Financial Aid award letter:

    1. Visit MyUAlbany, click "Student Log On" and enter your NetID and password
    2. Choose the "Finances" tab near the top of the page
    3. Click the "Financial Aid" link on the left side of the page
    4. Select the current year under Aid Year column (for example, you would select "2023" for Financial Aid Year 2022-2023)
    5. Click the "View UAlbany Award" button for your personalized award letter

  • If there is a fee associated with your enrollment service you will receive a payment link from the Registrar's Office via email. Payment is only required for Enrollment Verifications on Letterhead with Official University Seal. Refunds will not be provided for incorrect addresses (e-mail, fax, or regular mail).

    By signing your name (typing your legal name) below, you authorize the release of your enrollment information to the recipient listed. 

    You will receive an email confirmation that your request was submitted after hitting the submit button.
