  • This form should be used when a student is looking to formally audit a class they are already enrolled in. The form must be submitted and approved by the last day to formally audit a class, as listed on the Academic Calendar.

    Students must register as a formal auditor no later than the last day to add a class for the semeser/term. You must already be registered for the class in order to submit a request to change your registration status to a formal audit. A student may not change their status of formal audit back to "for credit" or vice versa after the last day to add a class.

    As a formal auditor, you are responsible for all tuition and fees, and must participate in the course as determined by the instructor.

    Successfully completed audited courses will result in the grade of "N" (non-credit) on the student's official academic transcript.
